I think I have the same LARGE font problem on all apps (it seems). How'd you fix it? I'm a noob to linux.

since this is beta, when will a final version be released

Im kinda okay with linux, but I am obsessed with it, and I like to find out about new kinds...this one seems great, but non useable as beta...when will it be a final version? :lol:

The final version was version V2 Rocket, but that version was unavailable, only installed on the CloudBook, But as I just posted in another post, Rocket has just now been succeeded by gOS 2.9 "Space", and that version is available, it NOT a beta, and is available as a live_cd (DVD actually, the iso is >750 MB), and can be downloaded from the Good OS site, which has been revamped for Space.

Google talk plugin doesn't seem to be installed by default but can be downloaded and installed,

can I confirm this (version 3.1 gadgets now)

I need to be able to send a CD to someone and have them able to speak to be by webcam on a laptop with 800mhz & 512mb RAM...
