Hey, what theme do you have on?
It looks like windows. I've got a windows look alike theme.

For a system with a "windows look" I would recommend Linux Mint.

gOS is much more a Mac OS X "work alike". This is just gOS with the dock on the top, instead of on the bottom. Mac OS X can do that too.
